Role Overview & Alignment:
At Bad Wolf Agency, our Project Manager role aligns closely with what is commonly known as an Account Manager in other agencies. As a Project Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring projects are delivered to satisfaction. Your role will be pivotal in building and maintaining client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives.
🕛💻 Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relations: Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Project Coordination: Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
- Artwork Quality Assurance: Review and approve artwork deliverables, ensuring alignment with client requirements and agency standards.
- Scope & Feedback Management: Clearly communicate project expectations, timelines, and deliverables to clients and internal teams. Address any concerns promptly.
- Budgeting: Develop and manage project budgets while ensuring projects remain within the agreed-upon scope.
- Reporting: Provide regular project updates, ensuring clients are kept informed at all stages.
- Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
🐺 Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of client or account management experience, preferably in e-commerce or digital agencies.
- Proficiency in reviewing and understanding the quality of artwork.
- Ability to forge strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Proactive problem-solving approach.
