The Office Manager at Bad Wolf Agency is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of day-to-day activities and facilitating effective communication between teams. This role involves a mix of administrative tasks, team coordination, resource management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
🕛💻 Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support and Operation: Oversee the smooth functioning of daily office tasks, including managing supplies, handling correspondence, and ensuring a conducive work environment for all staff.
- Team and Event Coordination: Schedule, organize, and ensure the success of team meetings, workshops, and other internal events. Act as a central point of contact for coordinating inter-departmental activities.
- Document and Resource Management: Systematically maintain, organize, and archive company documents for easy access. Ensure the effective allocation and management of essential office resources, from stationery to technical equipment.
- Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors, ensuring that the company receives timely and cost-effective services.
- Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Proactively gather feedback from team members regarding operational challenges. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop and implement solutions to address these challenges.
- Inter-departmental Communication: Serve as a liaison between various departments, ensuring clear and efficient communication, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Other Tasks: Handle any other duties and responsibilities assigned to ensure the smooth functioning of the office and to support other teams as necessary.
🐺 Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably in e-commerce or digital agencies.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in GSuite and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both Thai and English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive nature.
- Other tasks as assigned.
